Pierre has practised as a commercial lawyer in Cape Town and Stellenbosch for more than 30 years. He has advised clients in most of the sectors of the economy of the Western Cape. Those sectors include agricultural, insurance, retail, manufactoring, tourism, mining, property, information technology, private equity, financial services, banking and engineering consulting.
Pierre believes that mediation is an essential process that parties to a dispute must attempt before they revert to the courts or arbitration to resolve their dispute.
